Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Autum Love Media Group (ALMG). Due to the nature of our digital products and exclusive services, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Lookbooks, and Downloadable Guides)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact autum@autumlove.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

2. ALMG Private Styling & Image Consulting Services

All styling consultations and image development services require full payment upfront. Due to the time and preparation involved, refunds are not available once services have been booked and confirmed.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Exceptions & Customer Support

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • If a duplicate purchase was made in error.

  • If a digital product file is corrupt or inaccessible and cannot be replaced.

  • If ALMG is unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase is against our policy. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please reach out to autum@autumlove.com so we can resolve it directly.

Autum Love Media Group reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
